Design for 2022?
I believe that a home should be a haven of peace, and the interiors of my home play a significant role in determining how my home’s environment will be. For the year 2021, there are a few new interior design concepts to consider. Here are a few of the most recent 2021 interior trends that I’ve been watching.
Pantone colors
Pantone has announced not one, but two colours for the next year. Classic blue was the colour of the year 2020. This is a mix of ultimate grey, a deep and brooding grey that stands for maturity and perseverance while also being luminous for the year 2021.
Rounded furniture
While the trend of clean straight line furniture has dominated the previous decade, curves are making a comeback. In 2021, rounder furniture with rounded shapes and shapely legs will make a comeback.
Light-colored wood
Every type of wood has a distinct base colour. Rubber wood and maple, on the other hand, are lighter in colour than mahogany and teak. This year is all about light-colored wood, with lighter gradients of various wood-colored laminates and finishes on the rise.
Terrazzo and rattan cane are some of the materials used.
Terrazzo and rattan cane are two interiors elements that are expected to be popular in 2021. Rattan beds, cane furniture, woven tapestries made of marcombe, and other similar items are widely used in interior spaces in the current year of 2021.
Elementes from the 1980s are reintroduced.
In 2021, the sparkle and glamour of the 1980s will make a reappearance. In 2021, architectural features such as arches, disco lights, and 80s décor elements will be quite popular.
Millennial style is magnificent.
Several seemingly antique objects that are important components of the personal collection would be included in the great millennial house.
